Yogad’Up classes are now operating around the country and the feedback so far has been brilliant. We are receiving a lot of positive feedback from parents, schools and, most importantly, the Kids. Keep your eye out for local Yogad’Up classes as it rolls out across the country.
All YogaBugs & Yogad'Up programs teach kids to relax by offering breathing, relaxation and meditation exercises that can be used in everyday life.
