YogaBugs Classes offer fun and creative yoga for children by intertwining well known children’s stories into an imagination driven yoga class, providing a fun, fitness exercise routine. This program is ideal for schools, pre schools, kindergartens and day care centres as well as health clubs, gyms, etc.
Yogad’Up classes are now operating around the country and the feedback so far has been brilliant. We are receiving a lot of positive feedback from parents, schools and, most importantly, the Kids. Keep your eye out for local Yogad’Up classes as it rolls out across the country.
Both YogaBugs & Yogad'Up teaches the kids to relax by offering breathing, relaxation and meditation exercises that can be used in everyday life. This leads to children that are more balanced and centred and improves self confidence, self awareness and aids in the ability to deal with the day to day pressures that life offers.
